The were able to do the work and we spent Saturday ripping apart the bathroom! She is demoed and ready for a new tub which, if all goes well will be installed at the end of the week! We had originally planned for demo this past weekend, but would need the water properly turned off before hand. The plumber recommended by my father-in-law, who gave a reasonable estimate, moved away and the company the first guy recommended gave a quote four times his price!! Needless to say, we did not hire them, and weren’t sure if the project was going to start on time. This week I’ll be talking about lighting, but first I want to give you a recap of the last week. I cannot believe we have already made it to Week 3 of the One Room Challenge.
